About the program
Our Muay Thai kickboxing program teaches ages 7 and up the full striking system: punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work. Classes are split by age group and taught progressively, so beginners build solid fundamentals while advanced students train all the way up to competition level.

Kid kickboxing (ages 7-12)
